Taste of Tibet

At least twice a year, the DGTL monks cook up a Taste of Tibet for the communities of Bloomington, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio. The traditional Tibetan feast includes momos (a kind of dumpling), bean threads, potato and cheese rounds with traditional spices, and sweet (and sometimes salty) teas. CityBeat magazine has name this festive cultural event one of the "Best of Cincinnati".
